      Pros

      Excellent package of benefits. Salary is above the media of the market. Good environment. Courses for free that contributes with your work.

      Cons

      3 times a week in the office (I prefer home office). Slow progression, there is not much room for career development, there is not even a clear career plan. Workaholic culture. There is no balance!
