Pros
Will hire people w/ minimal experience and provide opportunities, provide a software (TIER) that addresses critical management issues for the mental health industry, care about the mental health industry and the people involved, from patients, clinicians, nurses, etc
Cons
Provide very little training, do not value technical knowledge (under paid), hire managers with no technical background who can not manage developers or projects effectively, expect a 40+ work week as a standard, there are no development standards in place, each person develops on their own with minimal oversight/guidance from a technical perspective, management does not listen to suggestions for improvement, ideas are readily dismissed, innovative meetings are not held, knowledge sharing is minimal
