Terrible Culture and Employees Treated Poorly - Finance Neutrogena Employee Review

No work/life balance, often working very many hours with little appreciation. Poor leadership and very high turnover. Management does not communicate this to the employees. A sing or swim environment, no training was provided. They expect you to jump into the position and immediately take care of all of the problems that were created one to two years back without any information and no assistance via desktop procedures. It was apparent that executive management was very unhappy and they passed it down to the workers, including their complaints about their job and life.
