      -part of a big name (J&J) -free products

      Cons

      -the worst culture i've ever seen... aggressive, cut-throat personalities who pretend like they all like each other but in reality are all miserable. will throw others under the bus to "get ahead" -zero mentorship (sink or swim) -long hours w/ little appreciation from the top

      Pros

      Talented and fun people to work with. Place where risk taking and failure was ok as long as learnings were identified and applied to future endeavors.

      Cons

      At times, decisions were slow to come by which made it frustrating if one is woking with tight deadlines.
