Good benefits, health insurance was excellent. Money for more fitness if in good health. Maternity leave is excellent. 401K matching.
Cons
Fake and forced culture. There were arbitrary rules upheld only to punish people. Dress codes such as no shorts, tank tops, and ripped jeans. Lack of promotions internally and transparency on how to grow. Leadership prefers to play telephone with information, having leads report down to their their team to report down, losing all information. Leadership prefer keeping workers in the dark for fear of being replaced if incompetency is revealed. History of pushing people out if they don't match the NB "culture"
