Great in store, not in upper management. - Sales Associate New Look Employee Review

Upper management were (to us) hated - they’re very rude to you for no reason. Wanted us to move the store every week and then change their minds. This went on for years. Never ever happy. Never ever in a good mood either. Could make the day the come in, hell. You were worthless in their eyes. But my own store manager was great! Other supervisors were not. I had one who went for naps upstairs, even though they’re only working 6 hours? No career opportunities to move forwards
