    Pros

discount used to be 50% off everything except sale and concessions but now it has gone down to 40% which is still quite good, but 50 was better obviously. because the rota is never set in stone you are able to let management know if you cannot make a shift which they will then probably ask you to find someone to cover it but if not they are usually understanding

    Cons

They will post the rota and say "it may change" well what's the point of posting it then? How can anyone make plans if they don't know what hours they're working until sometimes 2 days before...if you're looking to work a lot of hours this is not the place to go as sometimes you will only get 4-8 hours a week.

I have been working at New Look part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The store is an easy going place to work and is a generally fun place. They are flexible with staff and most senior staff get on well with the sales advisors.

    Cons

The company doesn't have many opportunities to further yourself in your role or achieve bigger and better things, they are just quite happy to have you work and
    that's good enough for them.

    Advice to Management

Help your staff succeed more than just hitting the targets you need to get for your store in terms of KPIs, profit, etc. It's very demoralizing to have your worth as an employee largely based on how many WOWs/accounts/OIS you are getting. As a male employee we are in the minority and are often seen as being inferior to the female staff who are seen to know the fashion more and can relate to the largely female customer base.
