Pros
I started at NiSource as an Engineering intern and further assumed a power plnat engineering role. I have nothing but great things to say about the employees and the leadership. I highly recommend NiSource.
Cons
The power plants can at times be highly stressful. Stress management and being candid with direct supervision is essential
