      Pros

      Coworkers were amazing. The productions I worked on had healthy practices. It was easy to get help from management It is a good position for a start career in the animation industry.

      Cons

      Pay is crap compared to all the things they ask you to do. Hard to get promoted but keep in mind the industry is bad right now (2025) If you get stuck on a project with bad management you are kinda stuck unless scouted elsewhere.
