      Novacroft is a wonderful place to work because it gives you the flexibility to choose what hours you want to work. The staff members are very supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      the pay should be a bit better, however, the pay is decent at the moment.

      Pros

      A lovely, understanding management team who always do their utmost to assist in many areas. To be afforded a Perm WFH role is amazing for those who gravitate towards this. Pay isn't too bad as there is no commuting/fuel etc. The overall team are lovely too.

      Cons

      Sincerely can not find a 'Con' or downside to working here, as personally I have been and am happy

      Excellent progression within the workplace, Birthdays of work. Excellent Recognition within the workplace and hard work doesn't go unnoticed
