Novacroft interview questions

The guy wanted me to send my documents like my passport, proof of address, NI number before I did the interview which not meant to do, only when I've been offered the job. When I had the interview the guy interviewing me kept yawning and was watching something on tv which is very unprofessional!! He asked me to share my screen and do an internet speed test and show him my laptop information and then he rejected me cos said that my internet speed isn't good enough. I think that it's a scam and gonna steal my identity now.

was reasonable based on behaviour questions. phone interview you're invited to assessment through google teams. the interview takes around 20- 30 minutes. the interviews are fair enough. after three days I got the offer
