Minimum wage No holiday approvals for emergencies Need book holidays one year in advance No job support what so ever No choice to provide better customer service. You have to say no to the customer for many aspects or tell them to wait minimum 10 working days. No followup on the tech or account issues raised. Customers have to keep calling if the issue is resolved then they can request what they want Worst Tech the list goes on.....
