1. Competitive pay. 2. First of its kind in Malaysia to implement pay transparency 3. Structured pay policy that eliminates managerial subjective bias 4. Very flexible culture, I seldom see micromanaging across different teams and divisions. 5. Flexible in WFH implementation (depends on the team you join, can be very flexible)
Cons
seem to be losing certain roles to other countries especially India cause its cheaper there
