Complete misleading, wrong or lack of info about the role and real expectations during all interviews. Me and my other colleagues in procurement felt like we were terribly fooled after the on-boarding and seeing the actual status and behaviours from the management. This company is till trying to become a corporate. Lack of realistic planning, complete mess and they actually add 3-4 different specialized job roles into 1 position and expect you to serve for everything.
