Pros
Solid, diverse company with a strong track record. Some divisions are doing extremely well, others are floundering. Good employee retention, but often overlooks talent on hand by not giving lower level field personnel the autonomy they deserve.
Cons
Novartis is having a difficult time determining its way in a world where litigation controls its actions. The company is mired down by its fear of lawsuits and fines, and is not focusing on new product development.
