      Pros

      Huge company with lots of different paths for individual development. The comapny also supports employees with individual development plans based on skills, interests and background.

      Cons

      The size of the company has the disadvantage that many processes are well defined and many people/functions are involved. Therefore, quick decisions or individual ideas are difficult to realize.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
