      Pros

      Good salary, benefits, vacation time. They seem have a decent pipeline, and are pushing for new products to reach market faster. People and environment are usually decent. Immense resource of intelligent employees.

      Cons

      It seems you have to know someone to get in, and be "chosen" to move forward into a higher position. Also, certain situations are not handled by management and HR in a confidential or proper manner.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
