Pros
They hire at competitive salaries and the overall benefits package is sufficient. The costs are expensive compared to their peers, but they are still a worthwhile part of coming here.
Cons
Everyone is considered replaceable and expendible. There is a internal 'buddy' network in order to advance, and if you are not part of it, forget about moving on. This is one company that makes you feel that you are lucky to work for them, instead of having the sense that the company is lucky to have you.
