Pros
The base compensation is very good. The benefits package is fair. Good people to work WITH (not for).
Cons
Base compensation is good because you WILL get screwed on your numbers, yet be held accountable for them. Often the numbers for previous quarters will go up AFTER you've been paid and chewed out for not hitting goal. The expectation recently has been growth of 15-25% quarter per quarter. Very difficult to accomplilsh. Management is comprised of older reps who competed on a much different landscape OR younger reps who had a huge formulary win and won President's Club (they were given a gift).
