The company s strength is its products like Glivec for CML , Galvus for T2DM and its strong pipeline molecules for psoriasis and heart failure.
Cons
Highly unethical sales practices. Within one year 2014-15 , 52 sales people left the organization in a single south I zone. Anybody who rises their voice , will be targeted and thrown out of the system irrespective of the performance.
