It's a great place to work, if your willing to work. Big focus on teamwork, friendly people from the front office to the production floor, I've been with the company 9 years and worked my way up to a Dept. Lead position.
Cons
12 hr. Shifts can take their toll on you, Job does get extremely hot in the summer months.
