      There is definitely enough work.

      Cons

      My opinion - Not very collaborative. Everything is an emergency. Can't get out of their own way. CEO cares only for himself as evidenced by his all-employee meetings where he drones about himself; he also has a temper and drops expletives often. Too many people with big stratified titles (Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Senior Director … you get the idea).

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
