-Great Bonuses - Hard Working Group of People - No defined path, and can learn anything. - Will learn applicable engineering tools.
Cons
-Looked at as the red headed step child group. -Not receptive to change. Change only occurs after the issue happens. -Good ole boy system very present. -Different expectations across the board. -No investment in employees. - Feels like you are working in the 90s when it comes to mentality of life.
