      The people at Nuffield Hemel are amazing There are opportunities to learn and develop Facilities are good for the area

      Cons

      No opportunities for progression past getting more clients, or waiting for someone to retire/ leave Company are cutting back and also increasing prices which is not being fairly divided amongst the personal trainers

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      Cons

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
