      They do not give you the number of classes you want to have and you do not keep even half of what you charge for personal training

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      Cons

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
