Very Poor Management - Wellbeing Personal Trainer Nuffield Health Employee Review

Very poor management of teams, leading to colleagues being pushed out and becoming short staffed. Management had no cares about the facility being good and up to date. Only cared about making as much money off of members as possible for below par facilities. Management were personal friends and had their own cliche, defending and covering for each other for when they made mistakes and when they wanted to push a team member out. You can’t say no to management without being punished. Management don’t care how good of a job you do, if you don’t do what they say and milk members for money, they will have an issue with you.
