Poor Business Ethics and Management - Anonymous employee OnForce Employee Review

Very poor management devoid of any and all humanity. At times, the way they conducted themselves was textbook horror and eventually led to a high turnover rate leaving the team short staffed and overworked. Poorly managed. Also, despite many requests, the office was freezing...even in warmer months.
