OnForce interview questions

I only got a phone screen here, but it was too fantastically ironic not to share. I did not get further specifically because (the interviewer said this on the phone) I have taken too many IT contracts. They will only take candidates that have not worked contract positions, and have concentrated on full-time work for the majority of their career (in other words, anybody that has used their site would be disqualified from ever working for them, I guess). You can't make this stuff up, people.

Applied online and had a 50 minute phone interview a week later with a hiring manager. Had 2 hours face to face interview with the team (one by one). I thought it went well. Sent a thank note shortly after the interviewed, and another followup email a week after. No response of any form. Would be nice to get a feed back...
