      Office workers are friendly who are always willing to help. OK compensation. Excellent dental insurance.

      Cons

      No technology. No innovation. Job duty can be easily replaced by bot. Work-life balance is almost impossible in some teams.

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
