      A job. Not a 24 hour operation. Semi normal hours.

      Cons

      Do not pay for work. Upper management paid way more then job requires. No opportunity for growth. Just a number.

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      Cons

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
