      Great health plan, bonus opportunity, company car, laptop, and gas card

      Cons

      the pay for the team members if out of your control. Youll get a budget to work with and the top talent will reap the rewards. leaving the middle talent with little to no increase in wages. Short staffed all the time.

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      Cons

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
