      Allow employees to work fairly autonomously in regard to pursuing initiatives they believe to add value. Very competitive in terms of compensation and great work/life balance

      Performance reviews seemingly rely too much on the subjectivity of office politics rather than being grounded strictly in objectively measurable results.

      When HR mgmt is on record stating things like the company shouldn’t hire females anymore, it really makes you wonder how they make decisions on who should fill management positions
