      Very well-structured training for internships to get the foot in options theory and market making. Optiver provides accommodations, transportation, and food, treating interns just like full-time employees. People are friendly and helpful, which provides a very collaborative environment.

      The internship is very fast-paced and intense, but one can really learn a lot through the experience
