- To some extent, you get to choose how/where to spend your efforts - Company is doing very well, pay indexed to company profits - Growing fast, a lot to work on, esp in new business areas
Cons
- Fast growth creates problems, esp scale problems - Company could be more efficient - Not always clear what to work on - A bit too much of people complaining vs fixing things
