The team was supportive, my mentor and team leader both helped me a lot in developing a better understanding of the market and making progress. They encouraged me to express my ideas, and I felt I really learned a lot working there.
Cons
The environment was a bit competitive and most people would stay in the office for a long time (>12 hours a day). You should really think about how to balance work and life.
