      No pressure from the management on the deadlines Talented colleagues to work with Stuffed pantry Care for employees from the management Employee freedom Happy hours every month

      None as of now. PS: Truely there are no cons as the management take care of the employee very well

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
