      Good learning experience Amazing peers Challenging Problem

      All decisions are taken by a single person Mid-level, senior managers are inept. Technical people with almost no knowledge of marketing and sales are leading the function.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
