Insults and verbal abuse from our supervisors - Graphic Artist Optym Employee Review

The leadership at Optym does not value its employees and does not appreciate our work. Our supervisors are always disrespectful towards us graphic artists. They often insult and verbally abuse us, and I never heard anything positive come out of their mouths. They should leave this company along with their toxicity.
