      Pros

      Open culture, flat hierarchy, push to learn and grow. Opportunities are galore to learn new things and encouraged as part of culture. One of the best in its domain. Management is caring and each employee treated as part of family. Some of the minor things which are add on benefits: Flexible working hours. Free stocked pantry. Free Friday lunch. Annual family outing.

      Cons

      Small company, growing so there are some challenges along. Nothing that pains enough to write.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
