      Pros

      They accept entry level,students and experienced personnel.The Best thing I liked within this Company were the trainings they used to do pretty often.One more predominant factor that define this Company is the generous medical insurance among with monthly and yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      The schedule for some departments is totally incompatible with personal life,being sometimes bad organized and unfair distributed among employees.Moreover getting promoted within this company should be exclusively based on efforts and merits.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
