      benefits one of the biggest employers in area stable company good location of offices

      Cons

      Mess within internal structure Local CTO thinks, Orange is business oriented company, not technology oriented company Really retrogressive thinking on current IT technology 1/3 of employees are just covering up theirs laziness, not actually working marketing is a big mess, unclear offers Really weird Open Space HR have big turnover rate Salary is about 15% below market

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
