Business Outlook
Pros
Great international company with diverse staff that work hard to meet company goals and customer satisfaction. This shows with the many global awards received over the years. Good benefits.
Cons
While company tries with its many processes and procedures to make things happen, it has TOO MANY of them. Takes forever to get anything done and too many management/staff involved in a process. Lack of regular compensation increases is not very motivating. Providing staff with updated tools (laptop) and proper systems/tools training would also be helpful.
