      Paid time off, ability to work from home

      Cons

      Horrible upper management especially in the West Region also AME's top. Little to no raises even with oustanding performance. Capped commissions. Waste of time kick-off meetings. Cronyism all over. Lack of support in most vital areas - the list goes on and on.
