      Pros

      Commission is amazing!! some months i can make double my salary so that was pretty awesome. Staff who work there go through extensive interviewing so generally everyone is pretty cool. People are fun to talk to on the fun. Management are generally pretty cool.

      Cons

      Assistant managers are power hungry, they really like letting you know they're higher than you. Targets are constantly used to kick people out the company. They always get increased.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
