      Pros

      A strong global company with a local presence. Ahead of the curve in terms of products, pricing and r&d. Good training and job opportunities.

      Cons

      APAC Regional CEO lacks vision, basic leadership skills and importantly execution, also known for loud verbal out bursts. The company also like with most large organizations has fallen into the trap of off shoring a lot of it's key customer interaction to India. This results in large amounts of process and more unfortunately a KPI driven organization vs a customer one.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      Pros

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
