The CEO should really consider replacing the current so called HR Manager. She is unprofessional, petty, jealous, and very intimidated by other women who have an upbeat attitude and who actually works. She dresses unprofessional for her to be the face of the company, unorganized and not so bright. She is intimidated by others who get the job done and she tries to find matters within a person that does not exist. The position she hires for has a high turnover because she is afraid that one day upper management will see she is unfit for her position. She lies about what employees don't do!
