Pros
Good working conditions, benefits and work-life balance. Efforts being made to listen to employee concerns (based in UK) and address them, although some question marks remain around how open and honest management are.
Cons
Decisions increasingly made at arms-length from Paris. Managers in UK frequently parachuted in from France or, increasingly, based there. Current priority appears to be a gradual withdrawal from UK so few new job openings getting created.
