      A name that resonates in the telco world and around the EMEA region. Opportunities to work with C-suite and Executive-level stakeholders.

      Cons

      You are told from the beginning "3-5 years before you can hope for a new role, that's the standard" The company doesn't innovate and most employees are on the older side. There isn't much place to grow (or to grow fast)

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.
