      Pros

      Lead a very professional, good and solid Trade Marketing team which does every day work easier. Excellent Team has been one of the core levers to suceed in.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy and policy manuals that cover everything from how to hire an employee to how to change a light bulb. And too many people in the company become obsessed with doing everything by the book

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
