Pros
lots of training opportunities, regular performance appraisals, strong brand identity and decent salary. stayed just over three years and was generally happy with work life
Cons
lots of red tape, had to get alot of approval from managers all the time for small things so stifling innovation, didnt really feel their was alot of scope for promotion or encouragement or opportunities to gain progression in career in my particular role
